Mini Haul Review

Hello there cuties!

Today I am doing a mini haul review! 

This review includes items from four different shops!

Enjoy!~

I have become absolutely obsessed with circle lenses. 

If you are trying to take your cosplay/living doll look to the next level, the two things I recommend are circle lenses and false eyelashes. 

These specific circle lenses are bright blue on the outsides and clear in the middle. 

This gives my eyes a black to blue look because my eyes are dark brown.

These lenses claim they are 14.8 mm, but I could swear they are a bit bigger.

However, the shape of my eyes is really small so even these look huge on me.

I am going to do a full review on both sets of circle lenses I received from Uniqso shortly.

Uniqso- Dolly Eye Bubble Blue

This wig is all a light pink color and came curly like this. 

I have not done any trimming to this wig but it does need a bit of styling.

My only problem with curly wigs is they tend to get tangled easier.

I recommend storing this wig on a wig stand so that doesn't happen.

I still really like this wig and it's pastel pink color.

This wig is adjustable and heat resistant on low heat.

Outfit Rundown: 

Wig: Epic Cosplay Wigs

Sailor Top and Fur Skirt: Himi'Store

Top: This top is awesome. It fits exactly how I want it to.

The rope accent might come unswirled so you might want to glue the bottoms.

The top came smelling a bit weird but after a few hours of wear, it had faded out a lot.

Skirt: This skirt is a furry material. It's super soft and comfortable and fits perfectly.

There are bloomers attached to the skirt.

Each side of the bloomers has a ribbon that allows you to tighten the legs of the bloomers.

I am in love with this skirt. 

I no longer have to worry about sitting certain ways for pictures. C:

Both top and skirt are from Himi'Store and they sent me a free pair of socks and set of stickers!

Boots: I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am about these.

I was super worried that they wouldn't fit since I've never ordered in European sizing.

I ordered a 37 (typically a 6-6 1/2 in American) and they fit perfectly.

They have a tiny bit of room but I think they would be uncomfortable to walk in if they fit perfectly 

around my feet.

I was so surprised at how adorable these were when I opened the packaging. 

The bow on the laces is a clip so you can attach it to where you want on the laces.

The side bow is a strap that wraps around the boot and velcros where you want it.

You can pick your choice of about 10 colors and you can pick the size of the platform.

Not only are they adorable but they are actually comfortable to walk around in as well! 

I am so shocked and will definitely be ordering more shoes from Lolita_KawaiiShoes again!

Dark Steampunk

Good morning lovies! Ohayou! (^°^)

Are you well? 

Today I am covering a dark steampunk look! 

These photos are from a photoshoot I recently modeled at. c:

I am absolutely in love with this outfit.

 Outfit breakdown

Corset, skirt and socks: Amazon

Top hat: Roma

Shoes: Ellie

Respirator: Local hardware store, spray painted.

If you get boots like this, I have to give you a warning:

Don't put pressure on your heel at all or you will fall. 

Looking awesome doesn't always come easy! <3

That hat is also really big:

-either you have to hold it up

-or get something to put in that hat to make it smaller

Once you spray paint your respirator, give it at least 24-48 hours before trying it on/wearing it. 

You will inhale paint fumes and that is a bad thing!

The skirt will be wrinkly when it gets to you.

You can have it steamed or hang it over a shower to straighten it out.

I personally just patted it down and went with the crinkly look.

You will want to wear bloomers or full underwear under the skirt as it is extremely see through and short.

Doll Life & Yet Another Wig Review!

How are all my lovies doing today? 

Today I'm back with another wig review from Epic Cosplay Wigs! 

Clearly, I love their wigs. 

-There are so many different styles and colors to choose from.

-They are heat resistant so you can straighten or curl them on low heat.

-They are adjustable so you don't have to worry about it falling off!

-They cover your wig caps! 

This time we are back in blue! 

This is one of my very favorite wigs. 

I'm obsessed with the color and I love the style opportunities!

Light Blue- 24" Dionysus

It looks great in any light! 

The way I styled this wig (no products):

I simply pulled back a big chunk of the bangs and swooped it up to the upper side. 

Then I pinned it back with some bobby pins. 

I like to keep this wig pretty straight.

Epic Cosplay Wig Review!

Hello again! ^-^

I'm back with a wig review! :)

I hope you all enjoy. 

I am absolutely in love with this wig style. 

You can accomplish so many looks with a simple short wig.

I love messing around around with tiny ponytails in these short wigs! 

They give off such a cute innocent look! 

I also try to add clips with pastel colors to pull the entire look together. <3

Here's another great addition to short wigs!

Grab a pair of clip in ponytails and you can create a ton of adorable pigtail looks!

Keep in mind, a lot of wigs aren't going to look spot on as soon as you take them out of the bag!

A lot of the time, you're going to have to style your wig or even have it cut if it's not the way you like it. However, this wig and ponytail set, I have done nothing but put it in place with my hands. 

No product was used.

The other great things about Epic Cosplay wigs: 

-They are heat resistant so you can curl or straighten them with low heat!

-They are adjustable! This means you can tighten them before you put them on to increase stability for certain situations!

I am hopefully taking a ton more pictures today with different wigs and looks today so hopefully I will have a new blog post in the next couple of days!

Thrift Store Looks!

Hello there and welcome to my blog~! 

Thank you to each and every one of you for taking the time to stop by and check it out!

I promise I will do my best to bring you great style guides and reviews.

Please bear with me as I get my blog looking better as I go along. 

A lot of people tell me they can't afford to dress Harajuku, Alternative or Kawaii style so my first post is going to be about a couple of outfits I put together at a thrift store!

These pictures aren't the greatest and I apologize for that but I will be trying to take better pictures in the future! ^-^

Here are the 2 outfits I got pictures of. I will be taking more for my next post soon! 

 Both outfits were between 20-26$ total. The same undershirt is worn in both but the price of the shirt is calculated in to both outfits. c:

When I go to a thrift or second hand store, it can be extremely overwhelming for me. 

I usually end up going with a few specific things in mind so I don't have to comb the entire store. 

Today, I went looking for short skirts, long oversizes sweaters and frilly shirts. 

If you try to break down the look you want then it's sometimes easier to pull the look together. 

I never go to the store and see how things are going to look in an outfit when they are on the hanger. I've found however for me that the if I go looking for a specific item, I just pick up every item I find that fits the description whether I hate it or not and then I try on everything together.

For example for sweaters: I will look for sweaters that are both long and not too tight. Then I make sure they are the right material that I'm looking for. If it matches those things, I grab it and try it on. 

For skirts: I just find something that isn't too long and has either a school-y look or a frilly girly skirt and go from there. Skater skirts work well too. 

As far as shirts go: Today, I just tried to find anything white that could look Victorian or has long drapey bows or other such things I might like. 

All of this is based on your specific taste, so go crazy with it! Just try to keep in mind the look you want when going into a store that has a thousand and one racks. :)

The shirt! (You may need a cami or undershirt for some of the shirts I wear. I tend to pick a lot of see through ones.)

 This skirt is more pleated and has under lace. <3
